Spacious bedroom with own bathroom

I have a lovely bedroom to rent out with a double bed , desk and olenty of storage. The bedroom window over looks gardens and is very peaceful.
We are a family living here. My husband and 4 children, one has gone to university so only 3 children living here, .
Ideally looking for a student 5 days a week to stay. . Can have use of the kitchen at certain times and keep mostly to their bedroom.
Musicians welcome as a musical household .. My kids are teenagers apart from one who is a little younger, so a busy friendly household
