Single room in lovely shared house

Hi all,
I am very sadly leaving a lovely shared house so my room is available. It is a single room but I have developed a few storage hacks to make it super lovely. I have put a few hooks around and an IKEA pegboard which was a game changer!

The House:
Big communal living area and kitchen. Big TV with Netflix, Amazon etc on. 2 toilets and showers downstairs and upstairs.

The Room:
- Big window which gets sun in the daytime.
- Ikea bed which is slightly smaller, but this actually works well as it gives you a bit more floor space. You are welcome to replace the bed if you would prefer (It does fit most doubles)
- Pegboard - This was so handy because being in a smaller room it keeps you organised :)
- Wardrobe

(I will probably take my standing desk and stool for my new place, but if you want them I can sell them very cheaply)

Lauren (early 30s) - From Australia, History & Politics Teacher, loves a good chat about politics and a glass of wine
Heli (early 30s) - Works at TikTok, often travelling and cooking incredible food!
Mariam (23) - newest addition to the house, a geography teacher

Also Hurayra, our lovely cat. She is extremely relaxed and friendly, but also if you are not a cat person she will not annoy you!

Bills:
Council Tax: £50/month
Water £10/month
Energy fluctuates - around £60/month
Internet directly to landlord with rent £537.75 total
