7 min walk from Shepherd's Bush Market tube & 10 mins to White City tube/westfield. Close to the tv centre for any media workers (10mins walk)

Lots of good amenities nearby, of course Westfield, including big M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco express and Sainsbury's local all < 15 mins walk.

You would be living with a girl who in her thirties who works in finance and a guy in his late twenties who works as an engineer. Both do a mixture of hybrid.

In the evenings, we can chill over a chat and a tv show, sometimes a glass of wine or two. We also respect your need for privacy and relaxing after a long day out in the city, so it's a zen house to live in! We are a clean flat whilst being flexible to people's busy schedules.

Rent is £1,089 per month, bills & council tax are £110pp pcm. The deposit is 4.5 weeks rent and would be transferred to me upon the tenancy switch.

The room is available from 20th may, however there is flexibility until 20th June/early July. This is a full lease transfer so wouldn't be suitable for sublets unfortunately. For discussions on dates just let me know and hopefully we can work something out.

The lease runs until 20/12/2025 so there is an option to extend if you would like to. Equally, if you are someone looking a 6 month contract this would work for you and avoid going from sublet to sublets.
