Looking for housemate in girl’s house of 5 🫶🏼

Looking for someone to replace my lovely housemate Em (move in date 06/04) in a girls house of five (£570 pcm) in Shepherd’s Bush ✨

The house is a great size with a shared kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a garden. The room itself is a good double size. The room came unfurnished but she is willing to sell her furniture if you’d like!

You'll be living with a super lovely bunch of girls (if I do say so myself hehe) who are all clean, easygoing, and chilled ❤️ looking for someone we can call a pal but equally also respect each other’s space! We’re between the ages of 25 - 35 and currently work a mix of hospitality, within universities and in PR. We’re a sociable bunch.

The area is fab, we are a 20 min ish walk from Shepherd’s Bush station, Shepherds Bush Market Station, Stamford Brook, Acton Central and others. There are some lovely cafes nearby, Ravenscourt Park and 5 mins from a strip of grocery shops and independent stores!

Rent is £570 and bills range from £80 - £120 (lower in summer of course). We also have a cleaner that comes every two weeks which is an extra £20 a month.
