🌞 We're looking for someone to move into our lovely 3-bed house in West London, W12 to replace the current housemate as she is moving out to work abroad. The move in date for this room is negotiable.

🛌 Spacious, furnished double bedroom with two large wardrobes available.

💸 All bills and shared household costs such as cleaning supplies, toilet roll etc are £150

🚊 The house is within walking distance of the District Line (Stamford Brook), Circle/ Hammersmith and City Lines (Shepherd's Bush Market), overground (Acton Central/Shepherds Bush) and Central Line (Shepherd's Bush)

🛍️ It is a 20 min walk to Westfield, or there are smaller shops a 2 min walk away.
Chiswick, Hammersmith, and Ravenscourt Park are all within walking distance

👯 You would be sharing with Adeola (22,) and Ozora (32).
