Hi! I'm looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share a lovely 2-bed flat in Shepherd’s Bush. Westfield and 5 minutes walk from Shepherd’s Bush and Shepherd’s Bush Market stations.

• Bright and airy with a large window and blind
• Built-in cupboards with plenty of storage
• Space for a small desk (WFH friendly)

🏠 The Flat:
• Located in a quiet Georgian house with just four flats in total
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, microwave, etc.
• One shared bathroom (just the two of us)

I’ve lived here for two years and really enjoy the flat. The contract is directly with the landlady (no letting agents). She’s genuinely lovely and very quick to deal with any issues.

📍 Location:
Just off Shepherd’s Bush Green and tucked behind Westfield, so it’s quiet despite being so central.

Excellent transport links with a 5-minute walk to:

• Bus station
