Large sunny double room in Shepherd's Bush ☀️

Hey! We are looking to rent out a double room in our 3-bedroom apartment in Shepherd's Bush.

The flat is a 3-minute walk to the nearest tube (Shepherd's Bush Market), where you can access the Hammersmith and City Line. It is also 10 minutes from Shepherd's Bush, which offers the Overground and Central lines, as well as lots of buses.

The house has a shared living room, a well-sized kitchen, a shower room with a basin and a separate toilet room. The room for rent looks onto the balcony, which is now full of flowers!

You'll be sharing with me, Cecily (26) and Johanna (24). We moved into the flat in January, after meeting during our Master's program. We both work in the arts. We are putting the room up now because our third flatmate is moving back to Manchester. We spend time together cooking, watching TV dramas or bad reality shows. We go out together a couple of times a month but often we're out in the evening for gallery events and work-related things.

We are looking for someone laid-back, tidy and up for hanging out as a flat as we share all the items in the kitchen, besides food, like the utensils, cooking equipment, salt, oil etc and would like to find someone who is also happy to do this as the kitchen doesn't have much storage space.
