Double Ensuite Room in Modern Shepherds Bush Flat

Hi I'm Niamh, and my flatmate Elle is moving in with her boyfriend, so I need to find someone who’d like to take her room!

It is a large double room with a built-in wardrobe and a spacious ensuite with a bath and waterfall shower head. The room has lovely big windows, so it is nice and bright and has underfloor heating to keep the place nice and cosy in the winter. The room comes unfurnished so you have the chance to really make the place your own.

This is a ground-floor flat in Shepards bush. We have a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a patio area with bifold doors. The flat is quiet, so it’s great to work in but it’s also a good space to host in. The living area will be part-furnished when Elle moves out. I am happy to furnish the rest of the space, but if you would like to use your own items, please let me know, and we can organise.

I am a scientist, working in London for the last 2 years (living in this flat for the last year and a half). I work in the office five days a week so if you WFH the flat will be nice and quiet. I try to stay active outside of work and try to go for a run or to yoga a few times a week. But I equally enjoy cooking, going out for brunch or sitting on the couch watching Netflix.

I am quite a neat, clean and tidy person, and I would want whoever moves in to be too. (Typically, I clean up a little each day and then more of a proper clean at the weekend.)

Bills are approximately £155 per month (Including council tax which is band E in Hammersmith and Fulham, gas and electric, and water).

Travel:
The flat is about 5-minute walk from the Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith and City, and Circle line) station or 10-15 minutes from the Shepherd’s Bush (Central line and Mildmay Overground) station. Also, about 15 mins walk from Hammersmith and tube lines there (District and Picadilly). The bus stops at either end of the road.
