The Flat
-Located in Shepherds Bush near Westfield in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac.
-Transport: Central Line, Overground, Circle Line, Hammersmith and City Line, and lots of buses all nearby.
-2nd Floor (top of building) flat with 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms and flatmates share a bathroom (you). Kitchen and living space with a large flat screen TV and a big sofa (not the one in the picture, a much nicer one)
-No agency, communicating directly with flatmates to get the room and a good landlord for payments.

The Room
-Available from: 1st of August.
-£800 per month for rent
-Bills are additional and usually are no more than £150, varies in summer and winter.
-Double bed
-Furniture: Some small items in the pictures will be the previous person's but generally fully furnished.
-Remote working: you could probably fit a small desk in the bedroom or else you’re welcome to work from the shared kitchen and living space.

I work in brand management in online retail, mostly office-based. I’m keen on live music, travelling, painting, keeping active at the gym and a good read.

Love thrifting and travelling, always keen for a coffee and going to a good bakery. I'm a pretty chill and easygoing person so keen to hangout as well. I'm also an ophthalmic technician at an eye clinic working full time.

Quiet friendly bunch, not a party house. We have a cleaning rota for the shared kitchen and living space.
