We are a friendly girly household looking for someone to share it with!

We have a large bright double bedroom available:
- Ground Floor Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and shelving. The room overlooks the garden, letting in lots of natural light through large window. Available to move in October!

Rent excludes bills, - typically £150 per month. The deposit is also 5 weeks rent.

The house is spacious, semi-detached with a large well equipped kitchen/dining room and a big cosy living room, lots of storage and clean & tidy bathroom. Nice garden with lots of greenery and space for BBQs in the summer. It’s very comfortable and feels more like a home than a shared room within a house.

We are all young professionals, you will be living with Claire (30), Lily (26) & Laura (26)

The house sits on a very quiet street (no disruptions for all you light sleepers) and offers great access to shops, restaurants, transport, etc.
- 10mins walk to Shepherd's Bush Market Station (Circle + Hammersmith and City)
- 15 mins to Shepherd's Bush Station (Central Line & Overground)
- 15 mins ti White City Station (Central Line).
- Sainsbury's is 3 mins walk away and Westfield shopping center is just down the road, and there are some good bars and restaurants dotted around.
