Light and bright front room

This is a large and comfortable selfcontained front room, with a desk and good lighting and space for storage. I am a hard working big hearted person who is around most of the time but I travel a bit. I am social but i also like my own space. I hold a fire ceremony in my garden on a monthly basis, apart form that I'll be respectful and try not to have people visiting and disturbing the status quo too much .I would love someone who is up for helping me out with my cat when I'm away. It is a basement flat, so you can hear the people above. They are usually quiet by 9pm.
