It is a really nice, friendly flat situated on the corner of Goldhawk and Brackenbury Road, close to Brackenbury Village, which is a quiet, sought-after residential area; with delis, cafes, off licences, gyms and Ravenscourt Park is also 5 min from the property.

The room is of a small size, but has a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. The room has been recently decorated. There is wooden laminated flooring.

The flat is bright and has good furniture and fittings, good central heating, double glazing and all mod cons including washing machine, tumble drier , large fridge/freezer, oven.

The open plan kitchen/living room is spacious and bright and opens onto a balcony. There is plenty of storage space.

We are three ages between 22 and 29 ( British, Irish, French ). We work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will socialize time-to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 15 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and City lines and 5 min walk away from Goldhawk Road station and Shepherds Bush Market underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Goldhawk Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 30 seconds walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Ravenscourt Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.

The rent is £848 pcm All bills included. The room is a single tenancy. The deposit is one month and will be lodged with DPS ( Deposit Protection Scheme)
