My housemates are moving out so I’m looking to replace them! Two double rooms (one with ensuite) available in a lovely and spacious terrace house in Shepherd’s Bush with excellent transport links. Ensuite room listing posted separately.

Due to a last minute dropout, I’m needing to to fill the room and get referencing done ASAP.

⭐️ Bills ~£170/month (covers cost of increased use of heating and other bills in the colder months + hiring a cleaner)

- Fully furnished with a double bed frame, mattress and two wardrobes
- Big window with lots of natural light
- Faces onto neighbours/quiet back
- Shares a huge bathroom with one girl (me!)
- The room is bigger in person and the photos don’t do it justice!

- 3 floor fully furnished terraced house with 3 bedrooms just off of Uxbridge road
- Spacious and recently renovated with lots of natural light. Heaps of storage!
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer
- Open plan living room with a large smart TV and dining area with underfloor heating.
- Large full bathroom (shared between 2 people) with 2x sinks, shower, toilet and large bathtub with jets (this is the most amazing bathroom I’ve seen in a house in London). Upstairs ensuite with shower and sink. Separate second toilet also.

You would be living with me, a 27yo professional female working in the NHS. I am chilled and always up for a chat but also like my own private time. I enjoy nights out with friends, exploring London and travelling, arts and crafts and a good TV series binge. I’m hoping to find housemates that want to make this house a home and would be up for socialising a bit outside the house too.
