My partner and I are seeking a 3rd tenant or couple to fill in a last minute drop out for a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat in Shepherd’s Bush. The flat has two huge bedrooms and a third room which will be used as a shared living space/living room. Close to Shepherd’s Bush Station and Goldhawk Road Station with very convenient and fast links to central London. Rent is £2400 pcm not including bills. Split will be £1200 per room.

My partner is 32 and works full-time in the tech industry. I am 24 and currently undertaking a Master’s degree at LSE. I am an Australian qualified lawyer and we both recently moved over here from Sydney, Australia for my postgraduate studies.

We had originally planned to move in with another couple however they have had a recent change in personal circumstances and have had to drop out, so we seeking someone else or a couple to fill their spot.
