I will be away for around 4 months from ~1st November to the end of February. Short term lets only please!

- Returnable deposit £660 (1 month’s rent)
- Furnished: bed with drawers, mattress, built-in wardrobe with big storage space at the top, small desk, desk chair, a 3-drawer chest of drawers.

The shared amenities and spaces include: bathroom, living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, washing machine, and back garden.

The flat is close to great transport links (buses and tube):
- 8-10 mins walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith & City + Circle Line)
- 12-15 mins walk from White City (Central Line)
- 20 mins walk from Shepherd’s Bush (Overground)

The flat is also close to many shops, cafes and supermarkets, especially Westfield Shopping Centre - which you can walk to in 10-15 mins.

You will be living with two friendly, quiet and clean young professionals, who both work full time. We are looking for full-time studying/working individuals who are also quiet, clean and tidy. This is a peaceful and mellow home!
