Hello! My housemates and I are looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in our house located in Shepherd's Bush. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with kitchen and lounge. House also has a back and front garden, under-stairs storage and attic. You will be sharing with 3, other girls; myself, Izzy and Camryn. We enjoy doing things together, like movie or wine nights, but also value our own space and time alone too.

Laura is an aspiring writer currently working in luxury retail. She loves horror, gaming, history and collecting vinyl records.
Izzy works within the law industry and loves nights out and concerts.
Camryn is an actress who will be away until May performing on a cruise ship!

The room is a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, and a desk, vanity table and chest of drawers is also available to you too if you would like them. Current rent is £708.50, with a 6% increase in March. You will be signing on from December to March, with a new contract being installed in March, and all occupants will be staying on.
