Hi! I’m a 32 y. o. professional looking for a flatmate to share this characterful, spacious 2-bed flat in Shepherd’s Bush.

The flat occupies the top two floors of a villa, with a leafy outlook. It’s around 80sqm and split over two levels: the bedrooms are upstairs, and downstairs there’s a large kitchen and dining area that leads into a cosy living room, plus a bathroom. The flat’s fully furnished, and I’ll be upgrading a few pieces over the next few months to make it even nicer.

The room
The available room is a great size (about 16sqm) with a double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. It looks out over gardens, not the street, so it’s very quiet. I can remove or swap out some of the furniture if you’d prefer to bring your own touches.

The area
We’re a 5-minute walk from Askew Village, which has great coffee spots, a butcher, and local produce stores, pubs etc... Shepherd’s Bush Market and Westfield are about a 10–15 minute walk away.

About me
I’m Australian, 32, and work full-time in hotel development. I’ve lived in the UK for about 8 years. I split my time between the office and working from home on some days.

I’m looking for a chilled housemate who enjoys having a nice home to come back to, someone who’s up for the occasional drink or walk in Ravenscourt Park.

I'm quite flexible if you prefer Mon-Fri let and also with the move in date (can be sooner or later).
