I’m looking for a flatmate to move in with me into the flat I’ve rented for the last 4 years. My current flatmate is buying so she’ll be moving out in January and I’d like to find someone to renew the tenancy with.

👩🏼 About me:
I’m a 29 year old working in the office most days during the week. I love spending time with friends, walks to nearby parks, watching crime docs, spending time in the garden (if you like gardening that’s a plus!) and a mixture of nights in and out. I’m looking for someone who’s friendly and wouldn’t mind sharing a bottle of wine from time to time.

💰Financial details:
The rent is £1007 pcm plus bills (approx £150). Council tax band D. A deposit of £1039 will be required to secure the tenancy.
