Hello,
We have a double room available in our house from 25/11/2025 onwards.
LOCATION
We live in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush. The area is super convenient — Central, Overground, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines are all 2–7 minutes’ walk away (night tube too!). Westfield is just 3 minutes away, and there are three large supermarkets nearby (Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco). The neighbourhood also has lots of specialist shops, Shepherd’s Bush Market, great restaurants, and lovely parks like Ravenscourt and Holland Park within 15–20 minutes’ walk.
THE ROOM
The bedroom has a beautiful Victorian fireplace, a desk, and built-in wardrobes — plenty of space for working from home. You would share the bathroom with just one other housemate (female). The room is bright and cozy, and you also get access to the living room TV and our home cinema.
THE HOUSE
The house is large and welcoming, with a spacious garden perfect for BBQs or just relaxing outdoors. The living room is great for hanging out, the kitchen is huge with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and we have a weekly cleaner to keep everything tidy.
YOUR HOUSEMATES
We’re a friendly, international household — Zack, Lena, Guilherme, Linh, and Alex. We enjoy cooking together, hanging out, watching movies, or having a quiet night in. Sometimes we share meals or game nights on weekends.
You’ll also meet Luna, our small, sweet cat who loves attention but mostly does her own thing. 🐾 It’s best if you like cats or at least don’t have allergies.
THE IMPORTANT BITS
Broadband, water, council tax, gas & electricity are all included, along with the weekly cleaner, for a total of £1,200/month all-inclusive.
If you’re interested, drop us a note telling us a little about yourself, and we’ll organize a viewing. Ideally, we’re looking for a female flatmate to keep the house balance.
