Double Room Available in West London

I am looking for someone to take over my double room in our three bed flat in the Shepherd’s Bush / Ravenscourt Park area. 🏡

You will be living with two lovely girls called Abbey and Amber - who are both 26 and love a quiet night in as well as a fun night out at the weekends !!

💷 £900 a month (not including bills which are usually just under £100 a month)

⏰ I can be quite flexible around move in dates - as I am just moving home, but looking for someone November/early December this year.

15 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park Tube (District)

15 minute walk from Stamford Brook Tube (District)

15 minute walk from Goldhawk Road Tube (Circle and City and Hammersmith)

20 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Station (Central Line)

⁃ You are directly opposite a Sainsbury’s and there is also a Tesco a 4 minute walk away, alongside lots of really lovely coffee shops and post office etc.

⁃ The room comes with a mirror, chest of draws, built in wardrobe (with lots of space!) and a double bed with under bed storage.

We are looking for:

⁃ Someone 24-30, in full time employment and to pass referencing.

⁃ Ideally someone to be a friend as well as a flatmate!
