I’m looking for someone to take over my bright and spacious double room in a lovely four bedroom flat from 10th April. It’s a long term let, perfect for someone who wants a comfortable and stable place to call home.

📍Great location in Zone 2
The flat is just a 5 minute walk from White City, Shepherd’s Bush, and Wood Lane stations, with easy access to the Central, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines. It’s in a quiet and safe residential area just behind the BBC building, so you get a real neighbourhood feel while still being close to everything. Westfield London is only a 10 minute walk away, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a cinema.

🛏️ The room
The room is a really good sized double, with plenty of space to make it your own. You could easily fit a small sitting area or dining corner, which is quite rare in London. The window faces directly onto the park, so it feels peaceful and green, with no noise and no overlooking neighbours.

🏠 The flat
You’ll have a separate bathroom and toilet, which makes mornings much easier. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the main appliances you need. The flatmates are working professionals from Spain, friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. We also keep the shared spaces tidy with a simple cleaning rota.

🌳 What’s nearby
There’s a large park right across the street with tennis courts, basketball courts, and lots of open space to relax or exercise. For everyday shopping, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl are all within walking distance.

💰 Rent
All bills are included, broadband, utilities, council tax, everything. No extra surprises at the end of the month.

📋 Terms
Minimum stay is 6 months. The contract renews yearly, which gives you a good sense of security and stability. Either side can end the agreement with 1 month’s written notice.
