A Small double bedroom available to rent in Shepherd bush. The person who was meant to move in with us has been offered a work opportunity abroad so we have the room available to move in Now.
The house is situated 10 min walk from White City station. 15 min walk from Westfield shopping centre.
The road is not high traffic and it is a big house with 2 bathrooms, big garden, attic, private car park, washing/drier machine and big and spacious open plan kitchen and living room. We also have lots of storage space.
As there's 2 bathrooms, you will be sharing with one of the other flatmate.
We do have a monthly rota were once a week one of us is in charge of cleaning the communal spaces.
We are renting through private landlords and never had any issues.
The house is in perfect conditions and it is a very little gem.
Deposit is £900 and bills are calculated on how much we consume but roughly are around £100 per month. Council tax band D

We are very chilled and friendly and love to do activities together such as gym/dinners/chat from time to time. Of course we do love our own time too.
We are looking for a flatmate who's clean, chill and like minded.
