A single room is available for £700 pcm plus bills (£120–£150 pcm, depending on usage) in a clean four-bedroom apartment located right opposite Shepherd’s Bush Station (Central line, Overground, and major bus routes). The room has large window that keeps the space bright, offering an amazing view—perfect if you need space. You’ll be sharing with three friendly flatmates who work in hospitality and retail. The apartment includes a bathroom, an additional service toilet, a large kitchen, and a small storage room for suitcases. Westfield shopping centre is just a five-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. W12 shopping centre is right below the building with Lidl, Sainsbury’s and more.
Bills and council tax are not included and usually amount to about £120–£150 per month depending on usage. No drugs are allowed—this is a must—and we’re looking for someone tidy, clean, and respectful of the house and flatmates.
