Hello! We have a double bedroom coming up in our friendly 3-bed apartment in Shepherds Bush from December 11th, and we’re looking for a new housemate!
The room is a good size and comes furnished with a bed and cupboard. It’s on the bottom floor of a 3-bed house with 1 bathroom featuring a waterfall shower and bath. Rent is £780 + ~£70 bills.
The current letting contract runs until March 2026, with the option to extend after that. We’re initially looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months, but it could definitely be longer.
We are two non-binary AFAB people (25–34) with interests like climbing, pottery, live music, walking, etc. We’re a pretty chill bunch who mostly do our own thing but enjoy the occasional hangout. The house is in a lovely part of Shepherds Bush, not far from White City, Ravenscourt Park and Hammersmith, with a cozy living area.
