The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe with full-length mirror doors, a bedside table, and a lamp. The flat is well-equipped with a washing machine (no dryer), oven, microwave, induction hob, hot water supply, central floor heating, and additional heaters in each room.
The house is in a pleasant and well-connected area, with Shepherd’s Bush Road just nearby. Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Nisa Local, and several other shops are all within a 5–10 minute walk. There are multiple laundrettes close by for drying. White City and Shepherd’s Bush stations (including the market area) are both around a 10–15 minute walk away.
The house is directly opposite QPR FC’s stadium, which brings a great atmosphere on match days.
You’ll be sharing the flat with a 4th year Electrical & Electronic Engineering student at Imperial College London who enjoys bouldering, football, films (Inception, Kill Bill, etc.), and occasional gaming. Ideally looking for a like-minded flatmate, preferably a current university student or a recent graduate.
Council Tax: Band D. The existing tenant is a full-time student and exempt, so a non-student tenant would be responsible for the remaining 75% of the council tax (as one student gives a 25% discount).
High-speed Wi-Fi is available via Community Fibre (1 Gbps, unlimited data) at £16 per month per person, on top of rent. Other bills separate.
