Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 bed flat that is split across 2 floors in Shepherds Bush. Available from the 1st of February!!

The rent is £940 + bills which are roughly £200 pcm. This includes all bills and a cleaner who cleans the communal areas once a week!

The landlord will require the first months rent & bills upfront and a security deposit of £850 + £50 for the admin fee after credit checks are passed. (this fee includes all necessary costs for credit checks and changes to name of tenancy and deposit contracts).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table.

The flat is in a great location with Shepherds Bush Market station being a 5 minute walk away. White City & Shepherds Bush stations are around 10-15 minute walk away. It's super well connected as you can also get buses from just a 2 minute walk away!

You would be living with the following lovely people:

* Daniel, 38, British, interior garden design Manager.
* Shayne, 32, Hong Kong, Office coordinator.
* Nick, 29, Bulgarian, IT Engineer

All are working professionals who are super considerate, friendly and keep the flat clean and tidy. Everyone has their own busy schedules but enjoy chatting and hanging out every now and then! We would love to find someone who is friendly and sociable but also happy to do their own thing!

Ideally looking for someone long term and we're currently in a year long contract which ends in May but we've renewed the lease on a yearly basis.

Lastly, we have a lovely big garden that is great especially in the summer months for BBQs!
