I’m moving cities, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely, spacious room.

The room is very large and comes with its own en-suite bathroom plus a private lower ground area, which gives it a real mini apartment feel. There’s plenty of space to set it up however you like, and it’s ideal if you value having your own space and privacy.

The flat is in a great location, it’s quiet, safe, and very convenient. White City Station and Shepherd’s Bush Station are both around a 15 minute walk, with multiple bus routes just 5 minutes away. The high street is also a short walk, with loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Co-op and the post office are just around the corner, so everything you need is close by.

You’ll be sharing the house with three other people, but the only shared space is the kitchen and living room. Everyone is friendly, reserved, and values their privacy, so the house is calm, quiet, and never noisy. There’s also a monthly cleaner who comes in to deep clean the communal areas.

The landlords are very responsive and easy to deal with, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly.

The room is available from 31st January, although there’s some flexibility on the move in date if needed. The current tenancy runs until September, with the option to renew for a longer term if you’d like to stay on.
