I’m looking for someone to replace my roommate from 5 April 2026. The room is £1,000 per month, with bills around £140 each (council tax, Wi-Fi and energy , council tax band D). The flat is on Stanlake Road, a quiet residential street just off Shepherd’s Bush Green, with great transport links and lots of cute cafés, shops and Westfield nearby. It’s a 5 minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market station, around 10 minutes to Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) and Westfield, and close to Goldhawk Road station too.
