Looking for replacements for our gorgeous flat in West London!

Move in date mid feb (can be flexible with dates by a few days)

All bedrooms are spacious and comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed base and mattress

The flat is super spacious! There is a shared living room, bathroom/ toilet room and kitchen. We also have fab outdoor space, perfect in the summer for sunbathing or having a few bevs

Very sad to be leaving but have had 3 happy years here! Myself and two of the current housemates are moving out together to try out another part of London. You will be moving in with our pal Luke (27). Luke is super friendly, chill and sociable. He loves cooking, reading, run club and hanging out in the evenings watching telly!

The landlord for this flat is also super chill and has always helped us out if any issues have risen. There is no letting agent involved which has been nice!

Looking for someone who likes to hangout in the evenings after work but also has their own social life. This isn't a party house and also requires someone who is clean & tidy. We want to make sure whoever replaces us will be on the same vibe so keen to host viewings and see who best fits the house!

Good bus routes right outside the door. 10 min walk to Stamford Brook & 18 min walk to Goldhawk road or Sheperds Bush Market. On street parking is available with a permit (think its 150 per year)

There are lots of lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area too

Rent is 740/ 800/860 per month (in order of room size), bills are split and usually 120-150

The lease is up in August 2026 with the option to renew
