Looking for replacements for our gorgeous flat in West London.

Move in date 11th Feb (can be flexible with dates by a few days)

All bedrooms are spacious and comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed base and mattress

The flat is super spacious! There is a shared living room, bathroom/ toilet room and kitchen

Very sad to be leaving but have had 3 happy years here! Myself and two of the current housemates are moving out together. You will be moving in with Luke (27) and two other future house mates just FYI (if you know two others that are interested, please ask about the other two rooms). Luke is super friendly, chill and sociable. He loves cooking, reading, run club and hanging out in the evenings watching telly!

Looking for someone who likes to hangout in the evenings after work but also has their own social life. This isn't a party house and also requires someone who is clean & tidy

Good bus routes right outside the door. 12 min walk to Stamford Brook & 18 min walk to Goldhawk road or Sheperds Bush Market. On street parking is available with a permit (think its 150 per year)

There are lots of lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area too

Rent is 740/ 800/860 per month (in order of room size), bills are split and usually 120-150

The lease is up in August 2026 with the option to renew
