Lovely Shepherds Bush flat

I’m very sad to be leaving this lovely flat, and hoping to find someone that will fit in well with the girls who are staying on.

The contract will run until September (with potential to renew). Bills are normally just under £100/month.

Location:
We’re really conveniently placed near Shepherd’s bush (central and mildmay), Goldhawk (circle/ Hammersmith & city) and walking distance to Hammersmith station. Also loads of supermarkets, shops and restaurants close by.
We’re right in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, so if you’re wanting complete silence outside your window maybe not the place for you - but we all love it here.

The flat:
It’s a 4 bed, 2 bathroom flat in a Mansion block. We’re on the 5th floor but there is a lift!
The kitchen is pretty new and really well equipped and we also share the living room which has a fab view.
The room is well sized with a king bed, and the chest of drawers, rail and bed all come with the room. There’s not a desk in the room at the moment, but if you need to wfh there is space to add one, or we have the living room table. I’ve loved the big windows which get lots of sunshine. 🌞

You’ll be sharing with:
Jael (25) TV production runner,
Venus (26) HR specialist
and Gargi (24) consultant.

We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, of both other flatmates and the spaces that you’ll be sharing. We’re all pretty sociable, and love a good chat about our days in the kitchen.
Venus works from home 2 days a week, Gargi mostly in the office and Jael in the studio every day.

I’m planning to do viewings this weekend 17/18th January, or early next week 19/20th. If you can come in person that would be great, but we can do a video tour if you’re not able to visit.
