Hey, im moving out of my room due to a change in job locations. My housemates are looking for another girl to come join them!

The house:
Located on the top two floors of a Victorian terrace house converted into 3 flats. Our flat is the top one with the rooms below and the open plan kitchen / living space on the third floor. We have a small terrace that is accessible from the third floor which we often have breakfast on in the summer or use to sunbathe in peace.

The room:
The room is spacious with a double built in wardrobe (soooo much storage) and comes ready with bed (built in storage as well), mattress and 2 bed side units.
You would share the bathroom between two.

The flatmates:
Both work full time in corporate with 2 wfh a week. Both mid 20s. Both really sociable and genuinely kind people!
Emma - has more extra curriculars than any person I’ve known. Loves going to plays/shows, loves to walk and travel as well as going out for a meal or meeting friends for a drink.
Addie - loves trying new restaurants and going to see shows. Usually busy seeing friends around London or over seas!

We are hoping to find someone who is clean, friendly and similar age to the two girls. This house share has been perfect for the 1.5 years, with us all growing into friends who enjoy each others company. Hopefully the new tenant will find the same joy 💗

The area:
The flat is located on a quiet road. There are no busy roads near by. Out of your window there is so much greenery and in the summer you can see cockatoos perched on the trees 🌲. Ravenscourt Park is a 5 minute walk and is beautiful in all seasons!
You are less than a 15 min walk to 3 stations: Goldhawk Road (H&C line), Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook (both District line). 25 min walk from Westfield. 20 min walk from Hammersmith. Great bus connections from the end of the road and plenty of options for food shops.
