Furnished room in Shepherd’s Bush/White City

We are looking for a new flatmate to replace our friendly Aussie who is sadly heading home. It’s a double bedroom facing south and part of a well furnished flat with a modern kitchen, bathroom and large living room with a balcony.

The bedroom has good storage and we have other drawers and cupboards around the flat if you need it. The mattress is less than a year old.

There is a brand new washer/dryer and the kitchen is well spec’d with an induction hob and dishwasher. All the windows are double glazed so it stays warm in winter and our bills are low too!

We are looking for a sociable and clean flatmate. Kian and I are quite sporty, there’s a good gym nearby, and will also watch shows together in the evening and occasionally head to the pub!

We are both working professionals and are in the office most days, but will work from home a day or two a week.

The area is well connected with Shepherd’s Bush Market (H&C and Circle) and White City (Central) a short walk away. There is also the overground from Shepherd’s Bush.

The borough is Hammersmith and Fulham and we are council tax band D.
