My current flatmate is relocating to Manchester, so I’m looking for someone to take her place in our two-bedroom flat. I’m the existing tenant, and I would ideally like to share with someone aged between 35 and 60.
The flat is a two-bedroom property (please note there is no separate living room), so it would suit someone who is comfortable with a more private, low-key setup.
Rent: £750 per month
Bills: Paid separately – these typically come to over £200 each per month during winter.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate — someone who values a calm and tidy home environment.
Ideally, I’d like someone who can move in as soon as possible.
