I’m subletting a double room in my two-bedroom flat in W12, in a converted Victorian building on a quiet leafy street. Second floor, lots of natural light, and a genuinely calm atmosphere. Clean, cosy, and lived-in in a good way.

Transport is genuinely excellent:

4 mins to buses into Central London

9 mins walk to Goldhawk Road & Shepherd’s Bush Market (H&C line)

20 mins walk to Shepherd’s Bush (Central line + Overground)

25 mins walk to Hammersmith (Piccadilly line)

15 mins walk to Westfield

There are plenty of good local cafés and shops nearby, including several Middle Eastern supermarkets.

The room is a proper double room with:

This is a peaceful home. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also really value having my own space. So: warm and easy, not chaotic. No parties, no random people passing through.

I keep the flat clean and tidy and I’d love someone who’s the same. (If you’re mildly obsessive about cleanliness, you’re probably my kind of person.)

I love cooking, so I’m not looking for someone who never uses the kitchen. Normal cooking is completely fine, just basic consideration in the kitchen.

The flat is non-smoking, though occasional smoking by the window is fine. There’s also a small park directly opposite.

Weekdays only (Mon–Fri) is also possible for a lower rent: £995 pcm (bills included).
