Bright double room in calm W12 flat

I’m subletting a double room in my two-bedroom flat in W12 in a converted Victorian building on a leafy street, third floor, and full of natural light. Clean, cosy, and genuinely homely.

The transport is honestly excellent:
4 mins to buses into Central London

9 mins walk to both Goldhawk rd and shepherds Bush Market (H&C line) stations

~20 min walk to the Shepherds Bush Central line and overground

25 min walk to Hammersmith (Piccadilly line)

15 min walk to Westfield shopping centre

Great local shops and cafes nearby (including many middle eastern supermarkets)

The room is a proper double room with a double bed
desk and built-in wardrobe and has a calm, quiet feel

This is a peaceful home. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also love my own space. So: warm atmosphere, no awkward silence… but also no parties, no chaos, no random strangers in the kitchen at 2am.

The flat is non-smoking, but there’s a small park/playground right opposite where a smoker can go and have a puff.

I like my space clean and tidy, and I’d love someone the same. If you’re a bit OCD about cleanliness, I won’t judge. I’ll probably even appreciate it.

I love cooking, so I’m not looking for someone who never uses the kitchen. I just want someone considerate in a shared space (think: normal cooking, good ventilation, and not turning the flat into a 24/7 kebab cloud).
