The house, which has had all the communal areas recently redecorated, is situated in a quiet residential road, close to Uxbridge Road, 10 mins walk to either Shepherd's Bush Market or Wood Lane Tube station (Hammersmith & City and Circle Line) and a few minutes more to Westfield Shopping Centre and the Central Line at Shepherd's Bush or White City.

This is a non-party and no-smoking house and would suit serious professionals looking to share sociably with like minded housemates.

There is plenty of shared space on the ground floor with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and a tumble drier.
WiFi broadband is throughout the house. There is also a patio garden at the rear.

There are two good size bathrooms on the first and third floors, both with shower, wash basin and WC.

The rent includes ALL bills : gas, electricity, wifi internet, water rates, TV licence and Council Tax (Band G), plus a weekly cleaner to clean all communal areas. All cleaning products and any communally used items such as washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls are also provided, and included in the rent.
