We are Charlie and Nyle, 2 young professionals looking for two new housemates. Our current flatmates (Megs and Jo) who have lived in the house for 6 years are both moving abroad.
Room #1: Move in date : from 29th March
Room #2: Move in date : from 12th April
About us:
Charlie and Nyle work in HR and as a PE teacher.
We enjoy hanging out in the living room together to watch TV, going to a local pub or restaurant and occasionally have a night out/go to gigs together. Every now and then we have friends over for dinner/drinks or both!
We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful/our own spaces and enjoys socialising - a good balance. We would love someone who wants to keep making this house our home, this house is an incredible find with huge communal spaces and great transport connection. The house is on a quiet road but you also have everything on your doorstep.
The area:
- 10 mins walk from Ravenscourt Park and Goldhawk rd tube stations (Hammersmith/City & District line)
- 20 mins walk from Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush tube stations (Piccadilly, Overground & Central line)
- 25 mins walk to the Thames/Hammersmith bridge with lots of bars/restaurants
- 5 mins walk from Sainsbury’s and Co op , 10 min wall to Tesco
- Lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants nearby. Ravenscourt Park is just around the corner with tennis courts, basketball court etc too.

- We have a large patio garden
- 1 full family bathroom, and an additional separate toilet
- Massive kitchen and dining area
- Living room with TV and sofas
-Both rooms are fully furnished with a double bed.
-Room #2 has a built in wardrobe, it hasn’t got a desk but you can easily fit one in.

-Room #2: 775GBP Move in date : 12th April
- Internet £8 each per month
- TV license: TBC
- Council tax £50 approx each per month
- Gas and electric £50 to £100 each per month (depending on the season)
- Water £75 approx each every 6 months
- Cleaner £25.50 approx each per month
- loo roll subscription £7.50 every 2 months
* You must have a minimum annual income of £24k/year
