En-Suite Double Room In Stunning Duplex Flat

A light, double room in a shared duplex flat in White City, just 7 mins walk from Shepherds Bush Market (Circle/H&C), 10 mins walk from White City (Central) and 15 mins from Shepherd's Bush Overground (Mildmay), with an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. There is another main bathroom shared between myself and my flatmate, which has a bath.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the 1st floor of the building, with a gorgeous open plan living space, dining room and kitchen on the top floor. There are three cupboards that will be yours.

Abbie (she/her) and Lexie (she/her) are both 25, clean and organised flatmates who since living together have become very close. We are both queer women working in the music industry who love cooking for each other, hosting dinners for shared friends and having film nights. It would be so lovely to meet another like-minded person to invite into our cosy flat and continue the feeling of home that we have created together.

Lexie (myself) is vegan and I love cooking for flatmates and friends when I can, but annoyingly I do have a nut allergy so I would appreciate you being mindful with nuts, but absolutely fine with you having them in the flat!

The bills are approx £125 per person, not including Wi-Fi which I will sort prior to our current tenant moving out. The holding deposit is 1384.50, as only two of us will be on the tenancy agreement.

There is three flights of stairs in the building, two to get to the first floor bedrooms and three to reach the top floor shared living space. There's on-street parking, and you can apply for a permit that reduces parking costs through RingGo.
