We’re looking for someone to take over a cosy double room in our sociable, laidback four-bed house on Sawley Road, available from now for a six-month let.

The room comes furnished, with a built-in wardrobe which takes up a whole wall so plenty of storage, park views, and great natural light year-round. It’s on the first floor and it is roomy. Occasionally you’ll hear the crowd from QPR's Loftus Road (bonus if you're a footie fan), but otherwise it's a peaceful spot.

🏠 The House
The flat has a bright, homely vibe with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms (both with showers). We’ve got a dishwasher, washing machine, and an absolutely cracking garden for summer BBQs or lounging with a good book.

There’s 1GB WiFi (ideal if you WFH), and we’re practically on top of a Sainsbury’s for convenient grocery dashes, not to mention some fantastic local international grocery options. We’ve also befriended the neighbour’s cats, who treat our garden like their own.

The neighbours are family oriented with a very residential vibe.

👯‍♂️ Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with three guys (24–26) working in data, law, and urban planning. It’s a chill, social dynamic – we’re big fans of local gems like Esarn Kheaw (underrated Thai) and Ochi (allegedly Rihanna's favourite UK Caribbean).

We’re looking for a young professional (ideally male, to keep the balance) who’s sociable but laid back. Sorry, no couples.

We’re right next to a leafy park and 20 minutes from Wormwood Scrubs – perfect for runners (there’s a parkrun) or nature lovers. You’ll also find a community gym and pool around the corner and Westfield London just 15 minutes away.

‼️ PLEASE NOTE: Our contract with our landlord expires on October the 7th. The flatmates will likely be looking to renew though, so always an option to stay until next October if you love the place.
