Nice double room available in a nice and friendly house ~ Shepherds Bush ( girls houseshare )

The beautiful two-story house comes fully furnished with a nice, living room and a newly refurbished open plan kitchen.

The room is bright, it has wooden flooring ; has a big double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a double bed and mattress. There is a window overlooking the garden.

The kitchen has a tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and an oven. There is an open kitchen and living room.
The living room is spacious and includes: a sofa and a coffee table. There are also a set of French doors leading to the patio/garden area, perfect for summer time!
There are 2 full bathrooms, and an extra toilet downstairs.

We are three girls and a guy, all 21-27 ( South Korea, Portuguese, Greek, Taiwan ). We all work/study full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent, but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy, and respect each other’s space. Its a beautiful , friendly environment to be in.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 2 minutes’ walk from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines and 5 min walk away from Shepherds Bush underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 30 seconds walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Cathnor Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.

The house is bright, clean and neat, with lots of storage space.
Hammersmith Hospital and the BBC are very close to the property.
The rent is £1,043 per calendar month. All bills are included.
