Cozy house zone 2 Shepherd’s Bush

Hello potential new flatmates!

My lovely current housemates of 2 years are all moving on to new places this summer and I am hoping to hold onto our lovely little house!

A bit about me, I am pretty easygoing and like to keep a tidy-ish space. I work in the office mon to Fri ( no work from home for me) and I love anything creative!

I have one double room (for a single person) one top floor double room en suite (for a couple). There is also a small office that can be shared for a work from home space.

Rent is £715 per month per person and bills come to a total of approx £90 per month (depending on how cold it is)

We are a 12min walk from closest Hammersmith and city tube and 20 mins from the closest district line/ central line. We have buses at the end of the road and have plenty of shops within a 10 mins from radius.

It’s a lovely little house with a small outside area and combined kitchen living room.

I am ideally looking for people who are kind, friendly and happy to socialise every now and then, happy to keep a tidy space and just make a really friendly and comfortable living space for everyone.

I know I am a bit early with the ad however I need to know by May if there is interest otherwise I will loose the house.
