Shepherds Bush double room available until Sept

Hello!

Room available in a lovely terraced house with a private garden from end of April to September.

The double room is bright with lots of storage. The room comes furnished with the bed and side table. It can fit a small desk. You would share the bathroom with only one housemate. We also have a separate drying room which is super useful! The house is spacious with a lot of character and amazing natural light, it has a really homey vibe.

The house is on a safe residential, tight-knit street. There are loads of pubs, cafes, and shops nearby and the amazing Westfield White City is a 15 minute walk or short bus ride away. There are also a lot of lovely parks in the area. We are within walking distance to Chiswick and Hammersmith so great for a weekend walk along the Thames path especially in summer!

Bills are not included. We are in Council Tax band E.

We are looking for a woman professional who is friendly, responsible, clean and happy to spend some time with her roommates while also respecting their privacies.

You'd be living with two lovely young professionals. Daria who works as a software developer and Panna who is a medical doctor. They are really lovely and have been great flatmates.

For bills per person it’s £69 for council tax, £10 for internet, about £20 for water, energy and gas is about £50 but expect it to be much less in the warmer months.
