Double Room w/ Private Balcony | Shepherd’s Bush

Hi all!

We have a spacious double room with a private balcony available in our 4-bed flat in Shepherd’s Bush from 1 July 2026.

I am moving out after nearly 7 years to buy somewhere – although I love the area so much that I am only moving down the road!

The room is a great size, with a large window and a door leading out to your own private balcony. It’s also south-facing, so it gets sun throughout the day, which is especially nice in winter. The living room in the flat also has a balcony.

Rent is £875 per month, with bills not included. Bills are usually around £100 per month.

The flat is a 2-minute walk to Goldhawk Road tube station on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as Sainsbury’s and Tesco. It’s also around a 10-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush station for the Central line and Overground, plus Lidl and Westfield. Hammersmith station is around a 15-minute walk, or 1 stop / 1 minute on the tube, for the Piccadilly and District lines.

It’s a friendly flat where we enjoy the odd Netflix night, but also really appreciate each other’s space. We’re sociable, but as we’re working professionals, it’s definitely not a party or student flat.

Laura: Works in a nursery, provides great TV recommendations, and is improving on MAFS 🤣

The flatties would love to find someone of a similar age who is also a young professional. We’re an LGBT+ friendly household.
