Double Room in Shepherds Bush

My lovely housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take her room from the 20th August!

Rent: £957.50 per month plus bills (around £130). Double room, small built in wardrobe but otherwise unfurnished, space for more storage and a small desk. You’ll need to be earning £28,725 or over to pass referencing :)

Flat: split over the first and second (top) floors of a terraced house, with the kitchen, downstairs loo, utility room, lounge and the available bedroom on the lower floor, and bathroom (with second loo) and second bedroom on the upper floor. The lounge and kitchen are nice and big and the whole flat is lovely and light!

Area: super quiet road, 5 min walk to Shepherds Bush Market (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines), 10-15 min walk to Shepherds Bush station (Central line and Overground). 10 min walk to Westfield (loads of good shops, restaurants, cinema and gym). Bus stop 1 minute walk away. 10 mins to Waitrose and 5 to Tesco/Sainsbury’s/Coop. Nice independent restaurants/cafes/pubs/bars/little theatre 5-10 mins away.

I’m 30 and currently doing my masters in speech and language therapy. I am looking for someone a similar age, who is friendly and clean, would be up for a chat in the evenings/watching tv and also going for drinks or theatre trips at weekend but also has their own friends!
