We’re looking for a lodger for the top floor of our family home which is situated on a lovely street in Shepherd's Bush. Our guest room takes up the whole of the top floor of the house. The room has a double bed with its own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The room also has a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a chest or drawers and other built in storage if needed. It also has a full length mirror. There is a clothes drying rack. There is a lock on the inside of the door. Female guests only.

It also has its own large private balcony located at the back of the house with a lounger chair and table.

The downstairs is open plan with a living room and kitchen / diner with french doors leading to a decked garden. We are very happy for you to use the kitchen to cook, make drinks etc.

Ours is a typical London mid terrace family home which is situated in an excellent location a stone's throw away from the Uxbridge Road.

This is ideal for a working professional who'd appreciate their own space in a family home Monday to Friday in London. I work in the media and I mainly work from home and you’d also be sharing our home with my daughter who is at school. We also have a very friendly ginger cat who loves meeting new people. Happy for belongings to be left during the weekend. I would prefer a stable ongoing arrangement rather than short-term stays,

This upper floor area would be best suited to a working professional with no regular overnight guests.

All bills are included (water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet) and a cleaner comes weekly (for which there is no extra charge).

The spare room will be available from June 26th onwards with flexibility over the move in date.

A down payment returnable deposit of one month’s rent is required.
