After 1.5 years Laura is sadly moving out of our home, so we're looking for one person to share our beautiful house with, which is situated on a quiet street in Shepherd's Bush.

- First Floor Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, and chest of drawers. £975 (not including bills)

Room overlooks the garden, letting in lots of natural light through large windows. The room is available from 1st July 2026.

The house is spacious, semi-detached with a large well equipped kitchen/dining room and a big cosy living room, lots of storage and clean & tidy bathroom. Nice garden with lots of greenery and space for BBQs in the summer ☺️☀️

you will be living with Claire, Melissa and Lily.
All of who are in there late 20s-30s :D

Claire - 32yo from France. I work 9 to 5 for a biotech company. When I'm not training for triathlon I can often be found either cooking or chatting in the living room. Big foodie so always keen to discover some new spots around

Melissa - 29 year old from Scotland working in St Mary’s hospital who loves all things books and food! And always down for a good time out or relaxing

Lily - 26 year old originally from Kent! Working self employed as a content creator and online fitness coach! I love all things fitness but also always up for a takeaway, meal out or chill night in!

We're a laid-back household, working hard during the day and enjoying relaxing evenings together. We like spending time as a house, whether it's watching movies in the living room, getting takeaways, or going out for drinks.

Rent excludes bills, - typically £150-£200 per month, which includes the weekly cleaner bill. The deposit is 5 weeks rent.
