Double Room Sublet in West London Flatshare

I'm a professional working in the media sector and I'd like to sublet my bright double room in a 2-floor maisonette in West London while I'm overseas for work from the 3 July till the 7 October.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe space and two chest of drawers.

The flat features a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen, and is located in a quiet residential area in Shepherd’s Bush.

Transport links are excellent:

Less than 10 minutes’ walk to White City (Central line)
5 minutes walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines)
Around 12 minutes to Shepherd’s Bush (Central line)

There are plenty of shops nearby on the high street, including Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local, with Westfield London also within walking distance. Shepherd’s Bush also has a Lidl and Waitrose close by.

You’ll be sharing with 28-year old friendly professional guy who works in the entertainment industry.

I'm looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful flatmate who’s not into a crazy party lifestyle, ideally someone who wants to keep the place feeling more like a home while I'm away.
