The flat is just a 3-minute walk from the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, and around 10 minutes from the Central and Mildmay lines, making it incredibly well connected. Westfield Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafés and plenty of local shops are all within walking distance, and there's a lovely garden at the end of the street.

Rent & availability💸

The room is available from 1st August, although the move-in date is flexible, and short-term lets will also be considered. Bills are not included in the rent but usually come to around £100 per month. Rent is £930

About you🤸‍♀️

You'll be sharing with a friendly 24-year-old Portuguese woman. We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the shared space. Female tenants are preferred, and unfortunately the room isn't suitable for couples.
