It gets lots of sun, including through a skylight window which is lovely during summer. It comes furnished with a bed, two wardrobes, drawers and a desk, plus has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The location is well connected with both Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith & City / Circle Lines) and White City (Central Line) about a 15 minute walk away.
The other flatmates are three Kiwis (two guys and a girl), all aged mid to late 20s, super chill and friendly and happy to have a beer and a yap! There’s a shared kitchen, living room and cute little outdoor space!
Rent is £1450 per month (excl bills, which usually come to less than £100 per month). Council tax Band E.
