Hi! We’re three friendly 30-year-olds looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our recently renovated home in Shepherd’s Bush.

We’re a relaxed, welcoming household and really enjoy living together. We often cook, eat or have a drink together during the week, but we all have our own friends, hobbies and busy lives too. The house is made up of one couple and one other housemate. We work in climate, food sustainability and the arts, and outside of work we love swimming, running, painting, cooking and pottery. We’d love to find someone who’s looking for more than just a room and would enjoy being part of the friendly feel of the house.

The house has two bathrooms, a bright and sunny living/dining room, a separate well equipped kitchen, a lovely roof terrace for summer, and a small garden.

The room is a double overlooking the garden, with built-in storage and plenty of natural light.

Location

- 10-minute walk to Goldhawk Road (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines)
- 15-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush (Central line & Overground)
- 20-minute walk to Ravenscourt Park (District line)

The room is available from September for six-months, with the possibility of staying longer.

Rent is £925 per month, plus bills (currently around £202 per month).
