As I am, sadly, moving out of this four-bedroom house, I'm looking for the right person to take over my beautiful double bedroom in a gorgeous house in the Shepherd's Bush / White City area.

📝 The Details

* You will be taking on my spot on an assured tenancy agreement (which has become periodic rolling), with all the applicable tenant protections under the new Renters' Rights Act 2026.

* Current Rent: £941 pcm (we manage our own bills and they are separate, you'll be splitting them with the 3 housemates. Hammersmith & Fulham Council Tax Band D, with one of the cheapest rates in England).

* Deposit: £1,021

* Available From: 17th October 2026 (happy to discuss your actual move in date further)

* The Housemates: You'll be sharing with 3 friendly, working professionals who work across different industries. Everyone has their own routine but enjoys a warm, respectful, and welcoming home environment.

You need to be someone who is in professional employment or have accepted a job offer, and be able to pass landlord referencing and affordability checks.
